6FC-GABA-Taxol - CAS 3055969-34-8

6FC-GABA-Taxol is a cell-permeable fluorescent probe created by linking 6FC with the anticancer drug paclitaxel (Taxol) through γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) . It binds to microtubules in live cells, allowing imaging via confocal microscopy. Additionally, 6FC-GABA-Taxol enables the quantification of microtubule binding using flow cytometry without efflux inhibitors.
