Chemerin15 is a chemotactic peptide that enhances macrophage (MPhi) phagocytosis of microbial particles and apoptotic cells. It also inhibits macrophage (MPhi) activation and suppresses peritonitis induced by yeast glucan, a component of yeast cell walls.
