Cy3-NO2-Tre - CAS 3012597-48-4

Cy3-NO2-Tre is a nitroreductase-responsive cyanine fluorescent probe designed for the specific labeling of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) . Upon activation by the conserved specific nitroreductase Rv3368c in Mycobacteriaceae, Cy3-NO2-tre emits fluorescence. It is effective in imaging mycobacteria within infected host cells, tracking the infection process, and visualizing phagocytosed Mycobacterium tuberculosis within macrophages (Ex/Em= 540-550/575-625 nm) .
