DdUTP - CAS 84445-38-5

DdUTP (2′,3′-Dideoxyuridine-5′-triphosphate) is a selective inhibitor of HIV and AMV reverse transcriptases, with Ki values of 0.05 μM for HIV and 1 μM for AMV. It is preferentially incorporated at dTTP sites within the DNA strand, thereby preventing further chain elongation [1].
