Ep vinyl quinidine (3-Epiquinine) is an epi-vinyl stereoisomer of Quinidine, which is used in malaria research and acts as an antiarrhythmic agent. Quinidine is a potent, orally active, selective inhibitor of cytochrome P450db and a blocker of K+ channels with an IC50 of 19.9 μM [1] [2] [3].
