FP-20 sodium - CAS 3056013-47-6

FP-20 sodium is a selective TLR4 agonist and serves as a vaccine adjuvant. It induces MAPK and NLRP3-dependent inflammasome activation. In experiments with mouse OVA antigen vaccination, FP-20 sodium showed no toxicity and facilitated IgG production.
