Additionally, G721-0282 significantly curtails the proliferation of osteosarcoma (OS) cells by inhibiting the STAT3 signaling pathway and induces apoptosis in OS cells by upregulating pro-apoptotic protein levels while downregulating anti-apoptotic protein levels.
