Isosojagol - CAS 94390-15-5

Isosojagol (Compound 5) is an α-glucosidase inhibitor with an IC50 of 32.2 μM. It can be isolated from the roots of Dolichos trilobus. Additionally, Isosojagol exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and can inhibit NO production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. It is useful for research on fractures, soft tissue injuries, and rheumatoid arthritis.
