PAF (C16) is a potent MAPK and MEK/ERK activator that induces increased vascular permeability. PAF (C16) (PAF (C16) ) is a platelet-activating factor, a phospholipid-derived mediator and a ligand for PAF G protein-coupled receptor (PAFR) .
