It suppresses myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, leading to reduced ROS production, and decreases the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NET) . Pegtarazimod exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and is applicable in the study of acute graft-versus-host disease.
