It transiently stimulates parathyroid hormone (PTH) secretion in rats and effectively prevents significant reduction in PTH secretion due to the accumulation of active metabolites, thereby maintaining a normal secretion pattern. TAK-075 is applicable in research related to metabolic diseases and osteoporosis.
